2010-2011: Completed the 1,500m with a time of 4:08.08 at the UConn Men's Husky Invitational, good for second place...Secured a fourth place finish in the 5,000m event (15:11.74) at the NEICAAA Indoor Track & Field Championships.

Before Central: Two-time Cross Country Team MVP at Farmington...Captained cross country and outdoor track as a senior...Two-time All-Herald honoree...Named all-conference twice...Placed 41st at the Connecticut State Open in cross country...School Record holder in the 4x800 meter relay which also was named All-State in 2009.
