2010-2011: At the Holy Cross Invitational he finished third in the 5,000m event crossing the line at 14:44.04...Placed fifth in the 10,000m (32:09.71) at the Northeast Conference Championship.

Before Central: Captained New Milford cross country and track teams for 2008 and 2009...Holds the school record in the 3200 meter run...Earned All-State honors for cross country during junior and senior seasons...Also was All-Southwest Conference in cross country for 2007 and 2008...As a senior was All-State in indoor and outdoor track for the 3200...Garnered All-New England accolades in the 3200 in 2009.
