2010-2011: Competed in both indoor and outdoor track & field...Placed first in the 1,500m (4:07.60) at the UConn Men's Husky Invitational...Chalked up a second place finish in the 800m with a career best time 2:02.69...Ran personal best times in the 3,000m (8:53.96), 5,000m (15:29.03), and 3,000m steeple (9:28.49) events.

2008-09: Recorded season-best time in the 3,000 meter steeple chase at the UMass Pre-Conference Meet, placing fourth in 10:09.32...Also took 10th in the steeple chase at the Northeast Conference Outdoor Championships, recording a time of 10:11.98.

Before Central: Five time all-division selection at Tolman...Five time all-class honors in high school.
