2007-08: Recorded best performances at New England Championships...Ran a 1:55.26 800m at Outdoor Championships, placing 13th...Placed 17th at Indoor Championships with a 1:56.51 800m...Was part of the 4x800m team that broke the CCSU indoor record with a time of 7:49.33.

2006-07: Posted season best in 800m (1:57.33) at UMass Invitational.

2005-06: Posted his best cross country time at Dartmouth (28:15.10)...Took second place in the 400m at the National Training Center with a time of 54.24...Set a season-best time in the 1,500m at Yale (4:08.00).
