2008-09: Recorded best time of the season in the 1,500 meters at the Northeast Conference Outdoor Championships, placing 20th in a time of 4:12.75...Ran best 800 meter time of the season at the UMass Spring Meet, placing 31st in 2:05.26...Best one mile run came at the Reebok Boston Indoor Games, placing 13th in a time of 4:28.49.

2007-08: Best one mile of the season was 4:29.56 at the Boston Indoor Games...Recorded a season best 1,000m (2:38.00) at Maine Indoor Meet.

Before Central: Participated in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field at Norwich Free Academy.
