Bio

2010-11: Averaged 5.1 points and 2.6 rebounds in his second season.  Averaged 14.7 minutes per game, and shot 53.3 percent from the field.  Had four double-figure scoring games.  Had five or more rebounds five times.  Had two or more blocks 10 times.  Had five blocks in season-opening win over Hartford (11/13).  Scored 11 points and had a block in loss at Penn St. (11/22).  Matched his career-highs with 15 points and seven rebounds, while posting three blocks, in overtime win over Monmouth (11/27).  DNP vs. Providence (11/29), Fairleigh Dickinson (12/4) and Dayton (12/7) due to injury.  Had eight points, five rebounds and three blocks in win over SFNY (1/6).  Had 12 points and six boards while hitting 6-of-7 from the line in win over Bryant (2/9).

2009-10: Played in all 30 games, making 13 starts in his first season with the Blue Devils.  Averaged 15.6 minutes played per game.  Led the team and was fifth in the Northeast Conference with 44 blocks on the season.  Had a career-high eight blocks at home against Long Island on Feb. 25.  Had two or more blocks in a game 12 times to lead the team.  Averaged three blocks per game over the final five games of the year.  Averaged 4.9 points and 2.7 boards per game.  Scored in double-figures five times, including four of the final seven games of the season.  Had a career-high 15 points at the Mount on Feb. 18.

Before CCSU:   Played for four seasons at St. Joseph Regional High School for coach Mike Doherty.  Named First Team All-County during his senior season.  Was named Second Team as a junior.  Named First Team All-Jamboree as a junior and a senior.  Earned most valuable player honors at the Hoop Group summer showcase in 2008.
