Before Central: Ran as a part of Monmouth's track and cross country teams which saw great success while on the team. Competed in the 6k and 8k events during the cross-country season … Set a new PR in the 8k … Competed in the 800m, 1500m, 3000m, 3000S, and 5000m during the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons … Set new PRs in the 800m, 1500m, and 3000S. Placed 12th in the 3000S at the MAAC Championships, crossing the line in 10:13.43 (5/7) … Won the 3000s at the Moravian Greyhound Invitational with a time of 9:51.80 (4/15) … Clocked in with a time of 1:58.10 in the 800m at the Towson Invitational (4/1) … Earned a top-five finish with a time of 4:03.65 in the 1500m at Lehigh’s Carol and John Covert Classic (4/29). Finished 7th place in CAA Steeplechase final.

Before College: Earned a total of 9 varsity letters for coach Travis Mahoney at Old Bridge High School... team conference champion for indoor and outdoor track and field as a sophomore... team division champion in cross country as a senior
