Volleyball Edged Out in Extras
Volleyball lost in a five-set battle to Brown on Friday night. The Blue Devils stormed back after trailing 0-2 to the Bears early on.

KEY MOMENTS
- The Bears maintained momentum throughout the first, and took the first set 25-15.
- After losing set two by a point less, the Blue Devils stormed back to turn things around in the third. CCSU led by as much as six and forced a fourth set.
- Both teams traded leads through the fourth set. The teams tied things all the way up to 25, and a kill from Isabelle Roufs sealed the set win.
- The fifth and final set was just as back-and-forth as the fourth. The teams sat tied at 13-13, but two Bears kills secured a victory for Brown.
NUMBERS TO KNOW
14 Senior Emma Henderson paced the Blue Devils with 14 kills. Freshman Nyjha Marcelin was right behind her with 12 kills.
26 Senior Ashlyn Eisenga tied her season-high in digs with 26. She posted the same number against Hofstra in the opening game of the season.
