Volleyball Sweeps Hartford
Volleyball started off the Hartford Invitational with a sweep over the host Hawks, picking up its third win in a row on Thursday. Sophomore Isabelle Roufs and freshman Nyjha Marcelin led the Blue Devils with six kills each. Frreshman Tori Boulay had 13 assists and Roufs added eight blocks, while senior Ashlyn Eisenga had 11 digs.

KEY MOMENTS
- The Blue Devils profited off of seven errors from the Hawks in the early goings of the first set to take a 10-8 lead. CCSU went on a 9-0 run after this to extend their lead and close out the set with a win.
- After falling behind 1-2, Central snapped off a six-point run to regain momentum. Hartford was able to tie things back up at 13, but the Blue Devils were too much for the Hawks to handle. They closed out the second set with a 7-0 run.
- CCSU trailed early in the third set. Down 2-8, CCSU kicked things up a notch with a 13-1 run that swung momentum. Up 18-10, the Blue Devils were able to cruise to a set victory and match sweep.
