Track and Field Concludes Opening Weekend of Outdoor Season; Blue Devils Break Four Program Records

The Blue Devils started day three with a 17th-place finish in the women's 4x100m relay with a time of 49.02. The men's 4x100m relay finished in 42.01, to place 16th.

Ashley Dana broke her second program record of the weekend, running a personal best time of 2:12.18 in the women's 800m race.

Cam Whalen competed in the men's 400m hurdles, crossing the finish line in 57.43.

Israel Henriques-Setho competed in CCSU's lone field event of the day, the men's long jump. He placed 16th, leaping 6.62m.

Jake Ireland and Aiden Budge represented the Blue Devils in the men's 800m race. Ireland notched a new personal best time of 1:52.29, while Budge finished in 1:54.00.

The women's 4x400m relay finished 23rd with a time of 3:59.07, while the men's relay took 17th (3:20.52).
