Central Connecticut women's track and field had five athletes travel to New York, NY to compete at the 115th Millrose Games. The Millrose Games is one of the world's most prestigious indoor track and field competitions. This year the games took place at The Armory, a state-of-the-art facility that has been nicknamed "The Fastest Track in the World."
The Blue Devils competed in the Hudson Valley Surgeons College Women's 4x400 race placing third in the field, with a run of 3:59.38 Magnalen Camara ran a 58.51 opening leg and was followed by Kaylee Gravel, who split a team-best 58.26. Ashley Dana (1:00.43) and Tamara Rawles (1:02.20) rounded out the squad's effort.
The Millrose Games features top-quality competition at every level, with youth, high school, collegiate, professional, and master's athletes all coming together to test their limits. Countless records have fallen over the past 114 editions of Millrose, with many more being set each year.
