Rafter Sets Another CCSU Record at Day One of Bison Classic
Central Connecticut State track and field wrapped up the first day of the Bucknell Bison Classic Friday with some historic performances, inlcluding another new CCSU record set by Angie Rafter as well as a top 20 finish from Ashley Dana.
- Rafter set the school record in the 10,000 meter invitational on Friday night, finishing first in an amazing 34:01.76 time, a full 25 seconds ahead of second place.
- Dana notched a top 20 finish in the 1500m race, clocking in at 18th with a 4:32.33 finish.
