2019 Outdoor: Finished 18th overall in the 10,000 meter (36:15.90) at the Bison Outdoor Classic...Won the silver medal in the 1,500 at the CCSU Track and Field Invitational with a time of 5:04.78...Took home three medals at the NEC Outdoor Championship...Won the gold in the 5,000 meter (17:37.05), silver in the 10.000 meter (38:48.15) and bronze for the 4x800 (9:12.20)...Named Most Outstanding Performer (Distance) at the NEC Championship...Finished sixth in the 10,000 meter at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Championship.

2018 Cross Country: Finished eighth for the 5K race with a time of 18:56.4 at the 16th Annual Ted Owen Cross Country Invitational...Completed the 5K course in 19:18.0 at the NEICAAA Cross Country Championship...Set a personal best for the 3K with a time of 10:47.3 at the 16th Annual CCSU Mini Meet...Finished in 12th place for the 5K course with a time of 18:52.0 at the NEC Championship...Ran the 6K race in 24:15.2 at the NCAA D1 Northeast Region Cross Country Championship.

2018 Outdoor: Ran the 5000 meter placing eighth overall and the 10,000 meter placing fourth overall at the Northeast Conference Championship. 

2018 Indoor: Recorded a best time of 5:11.83 for the mile at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational...Earned a silver medal for the 5000 meter run setting a best time of 17:27.62 and placed fourth setting at best time of 10:09.99 for the 3000 meter run at the 2018 NEC Indoor Track & Field Championships.

2017 Cross Country: Recorded a personal best for the 3K (10:55.6) at the 15th Annual CCSU Mini Meet...A bronze medalist for the 5k at the Northeast Conference Championship setting a personal best time of 18:02.4...Finished 97th overall for the 6K at the NCAA D1 Northeast Region Cross Country Championships...Placed 53rd overall at the IC4A ECAC XC Championship for the 5K.

2017 Outdoor: Finished 14th overall at the ECAC Championships in the 10,000m run with a personal fastest timeof 36:32.81...Was a bronze medalist in both the 5K and 10K at the 2017 Northeast Conference Championships, while running a career best 5K time of 17:50.87...Set a new personal record in the 1,500m run at the UConn Norhteast Challenge, placing ninth overall.

2017 Indoor: Placed ninth overall in the 5,000 meter run at the Northeast Conference Championships...Marked a career best time in the 5,000 meter run (17:56.47) at the John Thomas Terrier Invitational...Ran her quickest mile at the Wagner Invite, clocking in at 5:20.28.

2016 Cross Country: Recorded a best finish (10th) at the NEC Championships running the 5K course at SFPA in 20:08.8...Ran at the NCAA Division I Northeast Region XC Championships.

2016 Outdoor: Recorded a collegiate-best in the 10,000 meter run at the NEC Finals, placing 12th with a time of 41:09.51... Marked another personal-best at the Championships in the 3,000 meter steeple, finishing in a time of 12:23.08 (13th place)... Ran at the UNH Pre-Conference Meet in the 1,500 meter run, completing the race in 5:24.69, a career-best, for a 22nd place finish overall... Just missed her 5,000 meter record at the CCSU Invite, finishing in fifth place in 18:56.48.

2016 Indoor: Competed at the Northeast Conference Championships, recording two collegiate bests in the 5,000 and 3,000 meter runs, clocking in respective times of 18:55.72 (16th place) and 11:01.02 (18th place)... Ran a personal-best time in the mile, 5:28.51, at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational... Finished in 10th place at the URI Coaches Tribute Meet in the 4x4 relay, helping her team to a finishing time of 4:38.39... Also ran the 3,000 meter run at URI in 11:04.90, good for a 20th place in the standings.

2015 Cross Country: Competed at the IC4A/ECAC Championships and turned in a time of 20:25.2...Completed the course at the NCAA Northeast Regional in 24:07...At the Northeast Championships crossed the finish line in 19:12.7 to place 26th...Crossed the finish line in 20:51 at the Nassaney Memorial Race..Ran her first race at the Stony Brook Invitational and turned in a time of 17:03.27.

Before Central: Ran cross country at North Haven High School under Carl Jackson...Earned All-Oronoque honors in 2011 and 2012...Named to the All-Conference Second-Team in 2013.
