2019 Outdoor: Earned a fourth place finish in the javelin with a 38.18 meter throw at the 24th Annual Monmouth Season Opener...Came in fifth place in the javelin at the UConn Northeast Challenge with a throw of 39.96 meters...Competed in the javelin (30.40m) at the 2019 Larry Ellis Invitational...Earned the silver medal in the javelin with a throw of 34.76 meters at the CCSU Track & Field Invitational...Won the bronze medal in the javelin event after throwing 39.90 meters at the Northeast Conference Championship.

2018 Outdoor: Won the silver medal and set a personal best for javelin (40.76m) at the Black & Gold Invitational...Won the gold for javelin (38.91m) at the 2018 Mark Young Invitational...Finished fifth for javelin (37.53m) at the UConn Northeast Challenge...Finished first for javelin (39.81m) and fourth for discus (24.23m) at the CCSU Track & Field Invitational...Came in fourth place for javelin (40.01m) at the Northeast Conference Championship. 

2017 Outdoor: Threw javelin at the 2017 Northeast Conference Championships...Recorded a perosnal best throw of 40.08 meters in the javeln at the UConn Northeast Challenge, placing third overall...Finished as the runner-up at both the Rider Invitational and Bryant's Black and Gold Invitational...Took bronze at the UMass Pre-Conference Meet with a thorw of 38.98 meters...Competed in the hammer throw for the first time at Rider, throwing a distance of 14.90 meters.

Before Central: Named All-State senior year for the javelin...Took the Class L State Championship...Claimed the CCC South title...Earned All-Conference junior/senior year.
