The Crimson got on the board in the 39th minute when a loose ball came to Josefine Hasbo in front of the net. She took a swinging kick with her right leg to push the ball past the defense for a 1-0 lead.
- Harvard added to the lead with just under three minutes to go in the half. Audrey Francois sent an initial shot on goal that was stopped but the rebound came to Hasbo who settled and sent a low shot to the left side past a diving keeper to make it 2-0.
- The Crimson added an insurance goal with just over 20 minutes remaining. Hannah Bebar's ball was deflected and came to Hasbo who finished off the goal to record the hat trick.
- The Blue Devils had a dangerous chance with just over 10 minutes to play. They had a free kick from about 30 yards out and the kick into the area slipped behind the defense, but was unable to connect with a Blue Devil for the goal.
