  • The Crimson kept firing shots at Amanda McQuillan after this and connected again 10 minutes later on a sliding shot.
  • After Harvard was called for an offside, they were able to get the ball back again in good territory and score once more on a short shot, going ip 3-0 within the first 20 minutes of the match.
  • The Blue Devils began attacking Harvard's keeper more after this third score. Kristina Kelly sent three shots towards the goal in the final 25 minutes of the first, but was unable to connect on any of them.
  • The Blue Devils took three shots within the first 10 minutes of the second period, but were unable to get good looks on offense after this.

NOTES

  • Harvard deployed three different goals in the match.
  • This is the Blue Devils second-to-last out of conference game this season. They face off against Yale, another Ivy League opponent, on October 26.
  • Today was Erica Bardes' 81st appearance with the Blue Devils. With a start or appearance in Sunday's match against Wagner, she would tie the all-time appearance record for CCSU (82).
