Women's Lacrosse Drops NEC Matchup to Bryant
The Central Connecticut women's lacrosse fell to Bryant, 18-3, in Northeast Conference action at Arute Field on Wednesday. The Bulldogs took the lead from the opening minutes and would never trail.

KEY MOMENTS
- Bryant opened the game by scoring the first nine goals. Natalie Langella and Devon Bolen each had two scores as the Bulldogs led, 9-1, with 19:56 to go in the opening period.
- Ruel got Central on the board with 12:57 to go in the first period on an unassisted effort. Bryant answered with three straight to close the half and led 12-1 at intermission.
- Sullivan and Sinton each had unassisted goals in the opening 5:09 of the second half as CCSU opened the scoring after the break. The Bulldogs would hold CCSU scoreless from there and score six unanswered goals.
NOTES
- Sinton has scored in all but one game this season and has a team-high 11 goals.
- Senior Cooper Cowdin made 10 saves and had a team-high five ground balls.
- Sinton collected three draw controls.
- CCSU forced 10 turnovers, while committing just nine.
