- After a slow start from both sides, the offenses started clicking for points midway through the first quarter. Ashley Berube and Sutherland-Case traded basket for basket for the Blue Devils as both finished the first quarter with six points.
- Wagner ended the first and started the second with a three, quickly giving them a 22-15 advantage over CCSU. Wagner was creeping towards a double-digit lead, but clutch buckets from Meghan Kenefick and Dejah Jenkins kept CCSU within striking distance. Sutherland-Case dropped in another five points in the second.
- The duo of Berube and Sutherland-Case fought to bring the Blue Devils back to start the second half, and a successful trip to the line for Amaya Williams made it a one possession game. Unfortunately for the Blue Devils, the Seahawks snapped off a 14-2 run after this and went into the final frame with a 16 point lead.
- After a quick bucket from Berube opened up the fourth quarter, the Seahawks again struck with a deflating 12-2 run. Two free throws from Sutherland-Case wrapped up this game.
