Central Prepares for Saint Francis U
The Blue Devils look to earn a season split with the Red Flash.
The Central Connecticut women's basketball team plays its final regular season game in the state of Pennsylvania in Loretto on Monday night against Saint Francis U. The Blue Devils look to earn a season split against the Red Flash. The game will be streamed live on NEC Front row at 7 p.m.

Last Time Out • The Blue Devils fell to Robert Morris 80-42 on Saturday night. The team trailed by just five at halftime, but the Colonials held Central to just 13 points in the second half. Emma McCamus led CCSU with 14 points and Ashley Berube and Ashley Chin had six rebounds each.
Earlier This Season • Saint Francis U took game one back on January 4, 64-52. Central went on an 11-5 run out of the halftime break to tie the game at 36 with 5:17 to play in the third quarter. At the start of the final 10 minutes, CCSU trailed by just three, but a 12-4 run by the Red Flash extended the lead to double-digits. Ashley Berube had 10 points, four rebounds and two blocks and Tiffany Slicklein almost posted a double-double with nine points and eight rebounds. The Blue Devils had 26 points come from the bench and scored 15 second chance points.
Most Recent for the Red Flash • Saint Francis held a 57-44 lead over Bryant with 4:12 to play in the game. The Bulldogs went on a 10-0 run to cut the lead 57-54 with 1:31 remaining. SFU went 7-for-8 from the foul line to secure the win 64-58.
With a Win... • The Blue Devils would earn a season split with Saint Francis...The team would earn its third win of the season and second in conference...Central would give the Red Flash its third loss in the past five games.
