2023 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2022-23 Indoor: Ran a personal best in the 3000m race at the Ramapo College Opener, crossing the finish line in 8:45.67 to win the event... Competed in the 5000m run at the NEICAAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, placing 20th with a new best time of 16:09.89...Notched his third personal best of the season at the 2023 Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invite, running the mile in 4:27.08... Finished 10th in the 3000m run (8:50.08) at the NEC Indoor Track and Field Championships to help his team to a second-place finish. 

2022 Cross Country: Northeast Conference All-Rookie... Placed 21st at the NEC Championships, completing the 8k course in 26:16.1...Helped the team to a second-place finish. Competed at the NCAA Regionals, completing the 10k course with a time of 33:08.3.
