Collegiate Personal Bests (TFFRS)

2023 Outdoor: Ran a best time of 4:13.64 in the 1,500m race at the Holy Cross Invite... Competed in the 800m run at the Blue Devil Invitational, notching a collegiate best time of 1:59.59... Ran in the 1,500m (4:15.97) and 5,000m (16:21.81) races at the 2023 NEC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

2022-23 Indoor: NEC Winter Academic Honor Roll... Competed in the mile at the 2023 Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invite, crossing the finish line in 4:17.18 (a new personal best)...Finished third in the 3000m (8:35.50) and seventh in the 5000m (15:17.84), notching two personal bests at the NEC Indoor Track and Field Championships to help his team to a second-place finish. 

2022 Cross Country: All-Northeast Conference... Placed 8th at the NEC Championships, completing the 8k course in 25:26.4...Helped the team to a second-place finish. Competed at the NCAA Regionals and completed the 10k course with a time of 33:25.8. 

Before Central: Competed for head coach Lloyd Weinstein at Weston High School and for head coach George Suiter at Trinity College. 2x Division III national qualifier (XC, Indoor Track).
