Collegiate Personal Bests (TFFRS)

2023 Outdoor: Came in second in the 10,000m race at the AIC Yellowjacket Invite with a time of 32:23.70... Competed in the 10,000m run at the 2023 NEC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, finishing in 32:00.94 to earn seventh place... Finished out the season competing in the 10,000m race at the NEICAAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, crossing the finish line in 31:42.08 to place ninth.

2022-23 Indoor: NEC Winter Academic Honor Roll... Competed in the 3000m race at the Wagner Invite, crossing the finish line with a time of 9:09.06... Placed 13th at the Ramapo College Opener in the 5000m race with a time of 16:20.43.  

2022 Cross Country: Placed 3rd at the Father Bede Invite with a time of 19:24.6. Competed at the CCSU Ted Owen Invitational, finishing 16th with a time of 26:50.3. Finished 60th with a time of 26:22.7 at New England Championships.

2021-22 Indoor: Won the 3,000 at Ramapo College Track & Field Opene in 8:45.12...Ran the 5,000 at the NEC Championships in 15:59.00

2021 Cross Country: Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll…Ran 27:22.1 at the NEC Championships, helping CCSU win the team championship.

2021 Outdoor: All-Northeast Conference Second Team (10,000 meters)...Placed 2nd in the 10,000 meter (30:57.56) and 8th in the 5,000 meter (15:43.77) at the Northeast Conference Championships...Ran a collegiate personal best in the 1500 (4:07.25) at the CCSU Invitational...Ran a collegiate personal best in the 5,000 meter (14:55.66) at Bryant...Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll.

2020-21 Cross Country: All-Northeast Conference...Placed fourth at the NEC Championships, completing the 8K course in 24:52.1...Helped team to a second place finish...Northeast Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll...Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll.

2019 Cross Country: Ran a personal best in the 8K at the 2019 NEICAAA Cross Country Championships with a time of 25:54.0...Finished 17th in the 5K at the CCSU Mini Meet with a time of 15:18.5...Came in seventh in the 8K at the NEC Championship...Crowned the NEC Rookie of the Year...Ran the 10K at the NCAA DI Northeast Region Cross Country Championships.

2019 Outdoor: Came in eighth place in the 5,000 meter with a time of 15:31.84 at the 24th Annual Monmouth Season Opener...Ran the same event at the 2019 Colonial Relays in a time of 15:27.39...Competed in the 3,000 meter steeplechase finishing in 11th place with a time of 10:29.12 at the UConn Northeast Challenge...Ran a personal best in the 1,500 meter (4:20.26) placing fifth at the CCSU Track & Field Invitational...Set two personal records at the Northeast Conference Championship...Ran the 5,000 meter in a best time of 15:15.80 and the 10,000 meter in 34:15.72...Competed in the 5,000 meter with a time of 15:51.50 at the NEICAAA New England Outdoor Championship.

Before Central: Ran cross country at Nonnewaug High School under Arleigh Duff and Jackie Nicholas...Placed 10th in 2017 Class SS Cross Country Championship...Finished 2nd in Berkshire League Cross Country 2017 and 2018 Class S Indoor Track & Field Championship...Placed 3rd in 2018 Class M Track and Field Mile...Champion in the mile and 2nd in 800m in Berkshire League Track and Fieldin 2018...Named 2018 CIAC 2000M Steeplechase Champion.
