 Collegiate Personal Bests (TFFRS)

2023 Outdoor: Ran a collegiate best time of 4:13.58 in the 1,500m race at the UMass Flagship Opener... Competed in the 5,000m race at the Holy Cross Invitational, crossing the finish line in 15:56.58 (collegiate best)… Notched a best time in the 3,000m run at the Blue Devil Invite, finishing in 9:11.73... Competed in the 10,000m run at the 2023 NEC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, coming in at 34:16.97 to secure a new collegiate best.

2022-23 Indoor: NEC Winter Academic Honor Roll

Before Central: Competed for head coach Paul Ryskowski at Bristol Eastern High School. 2x All-Conference XC Athlete. Conference Champion 4x800. 2k Steeple Chase, 4x800, and DMR school record holder. State Opens qualifier in the 4x800 and 3200.
