2018 Outdoor: Came in fourth in javelin (52.71m) at the 2018 Mark Young Invitational...Took home the gold medal for shot put (13.88m) and silver for discus (35.63m) at the CCSU Track & Field Invitational...At the Northeast Conference Championship finished fifth for shot put (13.89m) and sixth for javelin (54.27m).

2018 Indoor: Finished fourth overall in weighted throw (12.50m) at the 2018 Yale Collegiate Invitational...At the 2018 NEC Indoor Track & Field Championships finished seventh in shot put (14.52m) and 10th in weighted throw (12.98) and set personal bests in both events.

2017 Outdoor: Finished 10th overall in the javelin at the 2017 Northeast Conference Championships and also competed in the discus...Opened the outdoor season with a pair of personal records at Bryant in the javelin (56.48m) and discus (35.46m)...Finished in sixth place in the javelin at the Rider Invitational.

2017 Indoor: Competed in the weighted throw (10.66m) and shot put (11.20m, season best) at the Northeast Conference Championships...Mark a season best finish in ninth place at the 35th Yale Collegiate Invitational in the shot put with a throw of 11.14m...Recorded a season longest weighted throw at the Wagner Invite of 11.92.

Before Central: At Franklin High School, was awarded the coaches award, and selected as the Winter Athlete of the Year... Named to the First Team All-County, as well as the All-Conference team...Placed fourth at the 2015 Meet of Champions for the javelin.
