Late Goal Lifts Merrimack by Men's Soccer in Double Overtime
Central Connecticut played its second straight double-overtime contest, but fell to Merrimack 2-1 on Sunday at Martone-ejail Field. The Warriors scored the game-winner in the 107th minute of action to top the Blue Devils

- Merrimack opened the scoring at 33:02 when Frantz Pierrot finished off a pass from Stefano Pesenti.
- Central would level the ggame in the 63rd minute when junior Sean Gannon chipped a goal over the Merrimack keeper to make it 1-1. Freshman Kyle Halehale set the goal up with a pass to Gannon.
- The Warriors won in double overtime when Pesenti fed Henry Osei for the game-winner.
