OPENING NOTES
• Central Connecticut begins a stretch of three straight games away from home on Tuesday night.
• CCSU and St. John's are meeting for the third time, the first since Nov. 9, 2019.
• Patrick Sellers is in his 2nd season at the helm of Central. His squad returns three starters and a total of eight letterwinners.

• Kellen Amos was named an NEC Prime Performer after posting 18.5 ppg and 4.5 rpg last week.
• Andre Snoddy posted his fifth career double-double with 17 points, 11 rebounds vs. Quinnipiac.
• CCSU returns 66.5% of their scoring and 66.1% of their rebounding production from last season.
• Central is averaging 8.5 three-pointers per game and making 30.4%. The Blue Devils hit 235 three-pointers last season, the second-highest single-season total in program history.
• Nigel Scantlebury, a preseason All-NEC pick, ranked among the top-15 in six statistical categories in the conference last season.
• Andre Snoddy earned NEC All-Rookie Team honors last season and led NEC freshmen in scoring (8.0 ppg), rebounding (7.1 rpg) and assists (1.5 apg).
