RENEWING YOUR SEASON TICKETS?

1. Click “My Account” in the menu bar

2. Click on “Login with your Brown credentials (Brown University Faculty/Staff) or use Standard Login”

3. Enter your login info

4. On your home account page, click on “Offers” on the left side

5. Click “Add to Order”

6. "Please Select Your Add-ons" (Option to have a chairback installed at your Reserved Seat Location (Sections E-H), otherwise click "Close" if you are not interested in a seat upgrade. 

7. Review bundle details and click “Continue”

8. Under “Delivery Method,” select “E-Ticket/Print At Home”

9. Complete “Billing Info” section and click “Buy”

10. Receive tickets via email
