Welcome to the SHU Athletics Ticket Page. Tickets are needed for men's and women's basketball, men's ice hockey, men's lacrosse and football home games.

Season Ticket Information

The link for student tickets for the 2023-24 season can be found  HERE! Instructions on how to claim tickets can be found below. 

1. Scroll down to "New to Ticketmaster" and click Sign up (or log into your existing account using your SHU email)
2. Sign up using your mail.sacredheart.edu email address. (make sure the email is inputted correctly when signing up or you won't be able to access the special student tickets) 
3. Use the same link to log back into your account. 
4. Once logged in, you will be directed to the page to claim your ticket. 
5. Follow the checkout process to claim your ticket. 
6. Once the ticket is claimed, click on "My Events" to view your upcoming tickets. 
7. Select the event and add to your mobile wallet for quick entry.  
8. Your phone is your ticket. Show your barcode at the gate for entry. 
9. Repeat each game game. 
10. This link will only work if you are an active student at Sacred Heart.

Please fill out the online form if you'd like to request a ticket donation for your event. 

How to Access Your Tickets on your mobile device
Step 1: Visit our venue Account Manager site: https://am.ticketmaster.com/sacredheart/
Step 2: Select the sign in & then "sign up" at the bottom of the pop-up window. Utilize the email used to purchase to create an account.  If your email is already in our database click "Forgot Your Password" at the sign-in screen to reset your password if needed.
Step 3: Go to My Events, select your event and tap on your seat location under the My Tickets area
Step 4: On mobile device, view your secure entry barcode (best practice is to add your tickets to your mobile device's wallet)
