Women’s Cross Country Runs at Paul Short Invitational on Saturday

The Central Connecticut women's cross country team placed 13th in the Paul Short Run on Saturday in Bethlehem, PA. Rebecca Carusone led the way with Cancellieri right behind for the Blue Devils in the Individual 6k.

NOTABLE: 

• Carusone finished the 6K course in a time of 22:45.0.
• Juliana Cancellieri (22:46.1) and Maegan Desmarais (23:06.8) finished 70th among individual runners.
• Mya Morabito finished at 23:30.9 while Isabelle Mondo (23:44.6).
• Alyssa Carusone (24:48.6), Alexandria Klopfer (25:23.2), and Rachel Bartolucci (25:34.9) all finished below a seven-minute mile pace for the Blue Devils.
