Rafter Leads Blue Devils at Ted Owen Invitational

The Central Connecticut women's cross country team finished second of 19 teams at the 17^th Annual Ted Owen Invitational in Stanley Quarter Park in New Britain, CT. Junior Angie Rafter finished first overall with a time of 18:06 in the women's 5K race.
