2019 Outdoor: Ran in the 800 meter at the UCONN Northeast Challenge (2:42.07)...Competed in the same event at the CCSU Track and Field Invitational recording a sixth place finish (2:46.26)...Finished 19th at the NEC Outdoor Championship in the 800 meter with a time of 2:44.38.

2019 Indoor: Threw the shot put (4.80m) at the Wagner College Invitational...Competed in the same event at the Ramapo College Season Opener (4.78m)...Threw a personal best 5.36m in shot put at the Joe Donahue Games...Ran the 800 meter at the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic (2:46.05) and the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2:48.20)...Competed in the 800 meter at the NEC Indoor Championships (2:43.79).

2018 Cross Country: Completed the 3.11 mile run in 20:59.9 at the Shawn M. Nassaney Memorial Inivtational in 85th place...Finished in 56th place for the 5K race with a time of 21:17.4 at the 16th Annual Ted Owen Cross Country Invitational...Ran the 5K course in 21:33.3 at the NEICAAA Cross Country Championship...Completed the 3K race in 12:17.2 at the 16th Annual CCSU Mini Meet...Placed 59th at the NEC Championship for the 5K with a time of 21:44.1...Placed 241st for the 6K with a time of 28:58.8 at the NCAA D1 Northeast Region Cross Country Championship.

2018 Outdoor: Recorded personal bests for both the 800 (2:40.44) and 1500 meter (5:18.38)  at the Black & Gold Invitational...Took home the gold medal and had a personal best for the 3000 meter steeple (12:55.96) at the 2018 Mark Young Invitational...Finished 10th for the 3000 meter steeple at the Northeast Conference Championship.

2017 Cross Country: Set a personal best for the 5K (20:00.6) at the 2017 Minuteman XC Invitational...Ran a best time of 11:24.5 for the 3K at the 15th Annual CCSU Mini Meet...Finished 182nd overall and set a best time of 24:35.0 for the 6K at the NCAA D1 Northeast Region Cross Country Championships...Placed 140th overall at the IC4A ECAC XC Championship for the 5K.

Before Central: Named All-Division at the Cross Country Championship meet as a senior...Ran varsity all four years in cross country, indoor and outdoor track...Was a member of the outdoor track team who went undefeated all four seasons at Woodland Regional.
