2017 Outdoor: Placed 10th overall at the NEICAAA Championships in the 3,000m steeplechase...Was awarded the silver medal at the 2017 Northeast Conference Championships for finishing in a career fastest time of 11:04.50...Set a new 1,500m personal record at the UMass Pre-Conference Meet...Also placed sixth both the 5K and 4x800m relay at the NEC finals...Won the 3K steeple at the 2017 Rider Invitational with a time of 11:27.48.

2017 Indoor: Took bronze at the Northeast Conference Championships in the 5,000 meter run with a personal best time of 17:48.47...Also finished ninth with another PR of 10:24.07 in the 3,000 meter run at the conference finals...Ran a career fastest mile, 5:18.87, at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational.

2016 Cross Country: Finished sixth in the Northeast Conference Championship 5K race in a time of 20:02.5... Ran her best 5K time of the season at the 14th Annual Ted Own Cross Country Invitational of 18:46.5.

2016 Outdoor: Record a personal-best in the 1,500 meter run with a time of 5:01.03 at the UNH Pre-Conference Meet... Also ran her fastest time (18:33.52) in the 5,000 meter run at the UMass Amherst Minuteman Invitational, go for a sixth place finish... Finished sixth in the standings at the CCSU Invite in the 5,000 meter finishing in 18:57.50. 

2016 Indoor: Marked a career best in the mile at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational, finishing in 5:36.79... Competed in teh 5,000 meter run at the Northeast Conference Championships ending the race in 17th place (19:08.60)... Also ran the mile in 5:37.58 at the John Thomas Terrier Invitational...Finishd 16th overall in the 3,000 meter race registering another collegiate-best with a time of 11:00.09 at the Joe Donahue Games... Placed 23rd overall with a time of 11:15:84 in the 3,000 meter run at the URI Coaches Tribute Meet... Competed in the 4x4 relay at the Great Dane Classic contributing to a time of 4:32.34.

2015 Cross Country: Ran the IC4A/ECAC Championships in 20:15.3 to place 88th...Completed the NCAA Regionals course in 23:53...Finished the Northeast Conference Championships course in 19:03.7...Completed the CCSU Mini Meet in 11:12 and placed 58th...Scored for CCSU at the New England Championships with a time of 20:24.6...Turned in a time of 19:58.9 at the Ted Owen Invitational to place 20th overall...Completed the Nassaney Memorial Race in 20:02...Opened the year at the Stony Brook Invitational with a time of 16:39.20 to place 35th...Awarded the NEC Rookie of the Week on September 29...Named to the NEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.
