Women's Track & Field Takes Home Seven Top-Three Finishes at the Ramapo Opener
CCSU women's track and field took home seven top-three finishes at the Ramapo College Indoor Track and Field Opener. Ashley Dana and Angie Rafter secured first-place finishes for the Blue Devils in the 800-meter run and the mile, respectively.

Ashley Dana ran the women's 800-meter race in 2:14.99, securing a first-place finish.

Angie Rafter won the mile with a time of 4:43.78, followed by her teammate Brooke Morabito who snagged the second-place spot (4:58.88).

Rebecca Carusone ran the women's 5000-meter race in 18:39.47, good for a third-place finish.

Maegan Desmarais took third in the 3000-meter run with a time of 10:36.51.

Alissa Hurd finished second in the high jump, leaping 1.65 meters.

The women's 4x400 relay consisting of Magnalen Camara, Tamara Rawles, Adriana Brathwaite, and Kamilah Diaz took second with a time of 4:08.15.
Women's track and field will be back on Saturday, competing at the Boston University Terrier Invite in Boston, MA.
