Hailey Rospierski Named NEC Women's Track Athlete of the Week

Hailey Rospierski was acknowleged as the NEC Track Athlete of the Week on Tuesday. The senior particapted in both track and field events at the Bryant Tri-Meet over the weekend.

Rospierski ran out to the Northeast Conference lead in the 100m hurdles thanks to her performance at the Bryant Tri-Meet. The veteran Heptathlete clocked in at 14.29s, easily surpassing the automatic qualifying standard for the ECAC Championships. Despite contending with a slight headwind, Rospierski cracked the NCAA Division I East Region Top 90.

Rospierski also competed in the long jump finals, finishing in third place with a mark of 5.34m and coversion of 17'6.25".
