2017 Outdoor: Broke the Central Connecticut school records in the 10K and 5K during her third outdoor track & field season as a Blue Devil...Set the new 10K record, running in the event for the first time in her career, with an eighth place time of 35:38.79...Crowned the NEC 5K and 10K Champion en route to her second consecutive Most Oustanding Distance Performer honor...Set the 5K school record at the prestigious Mt. Sac Relays with a top program mark of 17:01.23.

2017 Indoor: Won back-to-back 3K titles at the NEC Championships, took fourth in the mile, and competed on the runner-up distance medley relay team...Set the school record at the John Thomas Terrier Invitational finishing with a time of 9:57.86...Ran a personal best time in the mile, 4:56.89, at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational.

2016 Cross Country: Took first place in the Northeast Conference Individual Championshipm running the 5k course in 19:33.1...Ran at the NCAA Division I Northeast Region XC Championships.

2016 Outdoor Track: Member of the 2016 NEC Spring Team Sportsmanship Award... Named the NEC Women's Outdoor Most Outstanding Track Performer at the Finals... Was the NEC Champion in the 1,500 meter run (4:41.49), the 5,000 meter race (18:02.35), and came in fourth in the 4x8 relay (9:24.66)... Finished in sixth place at the UNH Pre-Conference Meet in the 4x4 relay helping the squad to a 4:24.61 finish... Ran a personal-best time (4:35.99) in the 1,500 meter run at the Mt. SAC Relays.

2016 Indoor Track: Named the 2016 NEC Women's Indoor Most Valuable Performer and the Most Outstanding Track Performer (Distance)...Was the NEC Champion in the 3,000 meter run, the mile, and the distance medley relay as a sophomore... Won the 3,000 meter in 10:01.65, the mile in 5:02.71, and the DMR in 12:21.08... Took third place at the URI Coaches Tribute Meet in the 1,000 meter race clocking in a time of 3:03.72... Ran her best 4x4 relay of the season at the Joe Donahue Games (4:29.86)... Competed in the 3,000 meter race at the John Thomas Terrier Invitational finishing with a time of 9:58.15, a career-best, and breaking the Blue Devil school record.

2015 Cross Country: Earned All-Conference honors and named Northeast Conference Outstanding Performer...Won the Northeast Conference Individual Championship with a time of 17:38.4...Won the CCSU Mini Meet in 10:12...Placed fourth of 163 runners at the IC4A/ECAC Championships with a time of 18:28.3...Placed 45th out of 257 runners with a time of 21:52 at the NCAA Northeast Regional...Finished eighth out of 265 runners at the New England Championships...Named the NEC Athlete of the Week twice during the season...Named Corvais ECAC Runner of the Week on October 28.

2015 Indoor Track: Was the Northeast Conference Champion in the mile (4:58.45) and the distance medley relay (12:13.29)... Ran at the 2015 IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track & Field Championships completing the mile run in 5:00.36, good for a 21st place finish... Took second place in the DMR at the Coaches vs. Domestic Violence Tribute, clocking in a time of 12:24.46... At the 2015 Sorlien Invitational competed in the 4x8 relay helping the team to a time of 9:37.86 and a third place honor... Also ran her best 1,000 meter race of the season at Sorlien, placing seventh in a time of 3:03.44... Ran the NYC Gotham Cup in the 4x8 relay and the 800 meter dash, completing the respective events in 9:45.30 and 2:22.18.

2014 Cross Country: Earned All-Conference honors...Crossed the finish line in 18:22.67 to place 14th in the Northeast Conference Championship...Competed in the NCAA Northeast Regional and earned 102nd place with a time of 22:07.00...Placed ninth at the ECAC Championships, completing the 5K course in 18:34.8...Named NEC Rookie of the Week after placing second at the Marist Invitational in 18:41.94.

2014 Outdoor Track: Ran at the NEICAAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 1,500 meter run, finishing in 4:40.75 (12th place)... Competed in three seperate events for the Blue Devils at the NEC Finals... During the Championships ran the: 1,500 meter run in 4:40.54 (fourth place), the 4x8 relay for a third place finish in 4:51.31, and marked a collegiate-best time in the 5,000 meter run, 18:25.02, notching a 13th place in the standings... Ran the 1,500 meter race at the UNH Invitational II and the UMass Invite, clocking in respective times of 4:40.19 (sixth place) and 4:47.09 (15th place).

2014 Indoor Track: Competed at the Northeast Conference Championships in the mile and distance medley relay, taking home second and first places, with respective times of 5:02.03 and 12:23.82... Recorded a career-best in the 800 meter dash (2:18.22) at the 2014 Coaches Tribute... Participated in the 4x8 relay and the DMR at Yale, marking a sixth place finish in 9:51.48 and a seventh place finish in 12:41.27 for Central.
