2013 Outdoor Track: Named NEC Track Performer of the Week on 4/16...Took third at the NEC Championships in the 10,000m run with an ECAC qualifying time of 36:41.71...Posted a sixth-place finish in the 5,000m at the NEC Championships, registering a mark of 17:33.39...Broke the CCSU record for the 10,000m at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic with a time of 35:49.81...Set a CCSU record in the 5,000m at the Penn Relays where she crossed the finish line in 17:04.56...Posted a seventh-place finish of 54 runners in the 1,500m at the AIC Yellow Jacket Invitational with a career-best time of 4:48.36...Also competed at the IC4A/ECAC Championships where she placed seventh in the 10,000m, registering a time of 36:16.79.

2013 Indoor Track: Performed well at the NEC Championships, placing fourth in the 5,000m run and 6th in the 3,000m run with times of 17:45.66 and 10:15.49, respectively...Placed fifth in the 5,000m at the New England Championships with a CCSU record-breaking time of 17:20.26...Also broke the CCSU record in the 3,000m with a time of 10:08.33, good for eighth place at the Great Dane Classic on Jan. 18...Kicked off her season with a gold in the one mile run at the Army Crowell Open, crossing the finish line in a collegiate personal-best time of 5:20.15.

2012 Cross Country: Named All-Northeast Conference as a junior...Paced CCSU for a 13th-place finish out of 91 runners at the NEC Championships with her time 18:34.05...Was the first Blue Devil to cross the finish line at the NCAA Regionals, placing 95th of 253...Finished 15th out of 177 at the IC4A/ECAC Championships on Nov. 11 with her time of 18:58.60...Earned two top-10 finishes at the Nessaney Women's College 5K and the Ted Owen Invitational for fifth and eighth place, respectively...Also competed in the New England Championships in which she placed 52nd of 252 with her time of 18:24.98.

2012 Outdoor Track: Placed third in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 17:39.83 at the University of Connecticut Invitational...Finished fourth in the 10,000 meter run at the Northeast Conference Outdoor Championships with a time of 38:06.86...Placed seventh in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 17:57.26 at the NEC Outdoor Championships...Finished in 9th place in the 10,000 meter run at the Bison Outdoor Classic with a time of 35:58.82...Ran a 4:57.75 in the 1,500 meter run for 14th place at the University of New Hampshire Wildcat Invitational II.

2011 Cross Country: Participated in six out of eight meets for the Blue Devils…Named to the NEC All-Conference team her sophomore season…Finished 14th at the Blue Devil Invitational on Sept. 2 with a time of 19.04…Clocked a time of 18:58 for 56th place out of 269 participants at the 2011 New England Championships on Oct. 8…Finished 16th at the CCSU Mini Meet on Oct. 21…Recorded her season-best 13th place at the Northeast Conference Championships with a time of 19:31.40…Crossed the finish line 99th out of 243 at the 2011 NCAA Division I Northeast Regional Cross Country Championships on Nov. 12…Completed the season at the IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championships in 40th place out of 215 with a time of 19:17...Also ran on the USA Junior Mountain team in 2011.
