Blue Devils Set to Host Track Meet on Saturday

The Central Connecticut men's and women's track and field programs will be hosting the Central Connecticut Track and Field Meet on Saturday, March 22. The meet will be the first hosted by the Blue Devils on campus since the mid-1970s and the first at CCSU's new track and field complex.

The first field event (Javelin) will begin at 10 a.m. and the first running event (10,000m) of the day is scheduled for 11 a.m.

An official opening ceremony for the meet will be held following the 10,000m at approximately 11:45 a.m. A complete schedule of events is available below.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS

Fans attending the meet must park in the Arute Field Lot and access the track via the path and road way at the south end of Arute Stadium.

Please note, there is NO PARKING at the Barbour Road Site. Fans who wish to view the throwing events held at the Barbour Road Field can access the site via a shuttle from the track area.

***A limited number of handicapped parking spaces are available in the lower lot (adjacent to the track) off Ella Grasso Boulevard.***
