Swimming and Diving Alumni Golf Outing Announced
Outing set for October 19 to benefit the women's swimming and diving program
The Central Connecticut swimming and diving program has announced its 2018 Alumni Golf Outing will be held on Friday, October 19, at Stanley Golf Course in New Britain, CT. Registration for the day begins at 11:00 a.m. and the outing will have a shotgun start at 12:00 p.m. Profits from the outing will benefit the CCSU women's swimming and diving program.
Information and registration for the outing is located online at www.ccsu.edu/alumnigolftournament. Individuals can sign up for $125 per player, or a foursome can register for $500. A hole sponsorship is available for $100, or a cart sponsor is $50.
The day will include hot dogs, hamburgers and beverages at the turn. A social hour with food and drinks, along with an awards ceremony and raffle will immediately follow the golf. Awards for the day include: top foursome, longest drive, closest to the pin, and other raffle opportunities.
All proceeds support the six-time Northeast Conference champions, CCSU women's swimming and diving program. The outing will take place on CCSU's Homecoming weekend which will include the Blue Devils' football game against Sacred Heart on Saturday.
