Radoncic Scores Last Minute Goal To Lead the Blue Devils Past FDU 2-1

The Blue Devils trailed 1-0 until late in the second half when Giavanna Inzerillo and Emma Radoncic scored the equalizer and game-winning goal to capture CCSU's third straight conference victory.

Key Moments:

• The game's first goal was scored in the 67th minute after Ana Salas put a shot in the back of the net for The Knights. 
• In the 72nd minute, Senior Captain Giavanna Inzerillo scored the equalizer after getting past two FDU defenders to net her 10th goal of the season. 
• With less than a minute remaining Aofie Horgan sent a pass to the Blue Devil Freshman, Emma Radoncic's on the right side of the field who rifled a shot in the back of the net to lead the Blue Devils to victory.  

Notes:

• Radoncic's game-winner was her first goal as a Blue Devil in her home state of New Jersey. 
• The Knights and CCSU were evenly matched in shots with 9 each.
• CCSU is now 3-0 in conference play and stands alone in first place. This is Central's first victory against FDU since 2021.

• 10- Giavanna Inzerillo scored her tenth goal, she leads the conference and remains top 10 in the country in scoring.
