Women’s Soccer Falls to Seton Hall
CCSU women's soccer were unable to hold on to an early 1-0 lead as they fell to the Seton Hall Pirates 2-1, Sunday afternoon.
In a Physical battle between CCSU and Seton Hall, the women's soccer team took an early 1-0 advantage as they fell to the Seton Hall Pirates 2-1.

With 15min left in the first half, the Pirates were unable to cash in when Junior Pirate defender Chiara Pucci sent a free kick to teammate Brina Micheels. In a dangerous chance for the equalizer, Caitlin Murphy was able to dive and corral the ball before Michaels could get a foot on it.

Seton Hall went down to 10 players when Isis Ovares received a red card with a little over seven minutes to play in the game.
