The Central Connecticut women's soccer team (0-4-0) welcomes the Army Black Knights (2-3-1) tonight, Friday Sept. 13, at the CCSU Soccer Field. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. and admission to the CCSU Soccer Field is free. Fans can also follow the action via live video streaming on NEC Front Row and via live stats.
The Blue Devils enter today's match coming off of a narrow 1-0 loss to Lehigh on Sunday, Sept. 8. CCSU looks for its first win of the season in tonight's contest.
The last meeting between Central and Army was CCSU's opening match of 2011 in which the two squads completed two overtime periods, ultimately resulting in a 0-0 draw. The Black Knights hold the advantage in the series, 3-1-1.
