The Central Connecticut State lacrosse team dropped its Northeast Conference road opener, 19-0, at Le Moyne College Saturday afternoon in Syracuse, NY. The Blue Devils fall to 0-8 overall and 0-2 in league play, while the Dolphins improve 3-6 on the season and 2-0 in NEC play.

The Blue Devils return home on Wednesday, October 26th to host Stonehill in NEC play. Game time at Arute Field is set for 3:00 pm

KEY MOMENTS

  • Mackenzie Prentice tallied the games first goal at the 13:03 mark as the Dolphins scored 10 first quarter goals

  • Mikayla Winegar equaled a career-high with six draw controls, the second time in three outings that she has done so, while also causing a turnover
  • Abbey Cannon tallied three draw controls, picked up two ground balls and caused a turnover
