The Central Connecticut State lacrosse team fell 18-1 to host Rhode Island on Wednesday afternoon. The loss drops the Blue Devils to 0-2 on the year, while the Rams improve to 2-0

The Blue Devils will travel to Yale on Tuesday, February 25th for a 3:00 pm contest to conclude the season opening three-game road trip.

  • URI scores 22 seconds into the game and opened a 4-0 lead at the midway point of the first quarter
  • Adrien Wise tallied the Blue Devils first goal at the 5:16 mark on a free position goal

  • Jadyn Jones recorded a career-high in saves, 10, for the second time in as many outings as she played 45:00 in goal
