Rohkohl Takes Home Rookie of the Week for the Second Time This Season

Freshman, Lara Rohkohl, won NEC Rookie of the Week for the second time this season on Monday. Rohkohl scored in double figures for the second time this season to help lead the Blue Devils to their first road win of the season on Sunday against the University of Hartford. 

Rohkohl Takes Home Rookie of the Week for the Second Time This Season

Freshman, Lara Rohkohl, won NEC Rookie of the Week for the second time this season on Monday. Rohkohl scored in double figures for the second time this season to help lead the Blue Devils to their first road win of the season on Sunday against the University of Hartford. 

  • Went 5-of-6 from the field along with a 2-for-2 effort from the free throw line. 

  • Sunk two shots and had three rebounds in the final 5 minutes against UHart. 

  • Averaging 6.6 points per game in her rookie season. 

  • Leads the Blue Devils in rebounds and is tied for fourth in the NEC with 6.3 per game. 

Rohkohl was also named a Prime Performer along with her teammates Belle Lanpher and Meghan Kenefick. Kenefick and Lanpher also scored in double figures against Hartford, and Lanpher led the Blue Devils with a career-high of 16 points.
