Blue Devils Fall to Wildcats 70-59, Sunday

The Central Connecticut women's basketball team fell to the New Hampshire Wildcats 70-59 on Sunday afternoon inside Lundholm Gymnasium in Durham, N.H. After trailing by five points at the end of the opening quarter, the Blue Devils went on a 17-2 run for 7:05 of the second to take its largest lead of the game (33-27).
The Wildcats controlled the rest of the game with 33 points coming from Ashley Storey. Junior Emma McCamus led the Blue Devils with 12 points and five rebounds. Classmate Ashley Forker also had 12 points along with six boards. Sophomore Carly Reynolds was the third Blue Devil to hit double-digits netting a career-high 11 points on 3-4 from the field and 5-5 from the foul line.
