The Central Connecticut women's basketball team hosts Saint Francis U. on Senior Day inside Detrick Gymnasium at 1:00 p.m. In addition to recognizing the Blue Devils' two seniors, Brianna Jacobs and Morgan Johnson, CCSU will be honoring the retirement of renowned PA announcer Joe Arnone throughout the course of Saturday's doubleheader.

LAST TIME OUT • Central Connecticut's four-game win streak came to a halt on Monday night at Mount St. Mary's as the Mountaineers prevailed 76-56 in Emmitsburg, MD. The Blue Devils were led by rookie
Emma McCamus with 12 points and CCSU shot just 27.9 percent from the floor compared to the Mountaineers 47.7 percent from the field.
MOST RECENTLY FOR SFU • Tied for the top spot in the NEC, the Red Flash split a pair of home games last weekend. Saint Francis was upset by the league's seventh place team, Sacred Heart, 69-68 on Saturday. SFU got back on the winning track on Monday with an 80-61 victory of Fairleigh Dickinson.
SERIES HISTORY • Central Connecticut trails 29-12 in the overall series with Saint Francis. Saturday marks the 42nd all-time meeting between the two schools. SFU took the first contest earlier this season from the Blue Devils 87-59 in Loretto, PA.
SCOUTING THE RED FLASH • Known for its deep bench and variety of weapons, SFU is led by junior Jessica Kovatch who is the nation's fourth leading scorer posting 24.2 points per game. Kovatch has 107 threepointers on the year, ranking her third in the country.
12 ASSISTS IN THE BOOKS • Patterson's career-high 12 assists at Wagner on Feb. 17 tied the fourth-most in CCSU women's basketball history. The last time a player dished out 12 assists was back in 1994 by Paige Martin. Patterson's added 24 points marking the first time a player a posted a double-double in points and assists since Jessica Babe did so in 2013 against Rider (15 pts/10 asts).
UP NEXT • On Monday night CCSU will host Robert Morris for a 7:00 p.m. matchup for its final home game of the 2017-18 regular season. All specators are encouraged to wear pink on Monday in support of the Blue Devils breast cancer awareness game.
