The Central Connecticut women's basketball team looks for its third straight win at home against the Terriers of St. Francis Brooklyn today at 1:00 p.m. inside of Detrick Gymnasium. CCSU looks to snap the Terriers two-game winning steak after defeating Mount St. Mary's and Wagner last weekend in Brooklyn Heights, NY.

LAST TIME OUT • The Blue Devils fell to Fairleigh Dickinson on the road, 76-49, on Monday. Central was led by two career-high performances from freshmen Ashley Forker and Ashley Berube. Forker scored a career and team-high nine points and Berube tied her career-high in blocks with five rejections and also pulled down a team-high five rebounds.
MOST RECENTLY FOR SFBK • St. Francis earned its second straight victory, defeating Wagner 80-76. Jade Johson led the way with 21 points in her second straight 20-point game.
CCSU IN THE NEC • Through five NEC contests, the Blue Devils rank first in the league in three-point field goal defense, holding teams to a mere 28.1 percent on average. Junior Andi Lydon sits at the top of the individual free-throw percentage standings, connecting on 83.3 percent (40-48) on the season.
SERIES HISTORY • The Blue Devils hold a commanding 29-9 advantage in the series history with St. Francis Brooklyn. Saturday marks the 39th meeting between the two schools. Last season Central swept the regular season series 61-53 on the road and 71-44 at home.
