The Central Connecticut women's basketball team wraps up its 2017-18 non-conference schedule with a road match at Vermont on Thursday, Dec. 21. The Blue Devils will play their second consecutive America East opponent. The game will be broadcasted on ESPN 3 and will promote UVM's annual Catamount Classroom, inviting all local middle and elementary schools to attend the game free of charge.

Containing Crymble • Fueled by the their sophomore Hanna Crymble in points (19.6 ppg) and rebounds (5.9 rpg), the Catamounts head into Thursday's contest looking to snap their seven-game losing streak. Crymble, UVM's go-to player, leads the America East in scoring, field goals attempted and made, free throws attempted and made. The sophomore's 19.6 ppg is the 26th most in the NCAA.
MJ For Three • All of graduate student
Morgan Johnson's 12 field goals in the past four games have come from behind the arc. MJ is 12-for-17 from downtown, shooting 70.6 percent including five trifecta's in CCSU's last three games.
Series History • Thursday marks the 19th meeting between CCSU and UVM, with a dead-locked series record of 9-9. The Blue Devils defeated the Catamounts at home 78-76 in overtime in their first win of last season.
