Bio

Before CCSU: A local standout at Norwich, Outlow was a four-year starter who earned First Team All-State accolades in her final season, while being selected as a Top 10 player in the state of Connecticut...During her time as a Wildcat, Outlow surpassed the 1,000 point milestone...She was an All-Conference Selection for three consecutive seasons, in addition to being named the 2014-2015 Eastern Connecticut Conference MVP.
