Due to potential winter weather, the CCSU softball team has shifted its schedule for its upcoming western Pennsylvania NEC road trip.

Due to potential snow and fridgid temperatures expected in western Pennsylvania on Saturday, April 9, the Central Connecticut and Saint Francis U NEC softball doubleheader has been postponed on that date. The Blue Devils and Red Flash have tentatively rescheduled the games for Monday, April 11 with start times yet to be determined.

The weather has not cooperated with the Blue Devils' recent schedule as they will now have not played for nine days before they are scheduled to return to action with a doubleheader on Sunday, April 10 at Robert Morris. First pitch of game one is slated for 12 noon and can be seen live, for free, on NECFrontRow.com.
